1 General Terms

abcdbet operates as an international online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and other supported territories. The platform offers live casino games, sports betting markets, virtual games, and slots, all provided through licensed and certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with their English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

abcdbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use abcdbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (individual human being) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

abcdbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time during active play. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and clearly show your date of birth, name, and photograph.

If age verification reveals that a player is under 18 years of age, abcdbet will immediately suspend and permanently close the account. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accumulated while playing as an underage user will be forfeited in full. abcdbet may also report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on abcdbet at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, abcdbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical transactions linked to them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile phone number. You must keep this information current and up to date at all times. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly. abcdbet is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account registration and all player communications on abcdbet are conducted in English. By registering, you confirm your ability and willingness to read and understand English-language communications, including these Terms, bonus offers, and support correspondence.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your abcdbet account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abcdbet immediately by contacting [email protected]. abcdbet will take prompt action to secure your account but cannot accept liability for losses that occurred prior to notification unless they resulted from abcdbet's own negligence.

abcdbet implements a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC documentation — typically a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification may also be requested at any point during your account activity if our compliance team deems it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

abcdbet supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by abcdbet, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your abcdbet account balance in real time for all supported mobile wallet providers. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed — for instance due to network congestion on the payment provider's side — abcdbet will investigate and credit the amount manually upon confirmation of the successful transaction from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard compliance requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. abcdbet targets a withdrawal processing time of under 2 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once the withdrawal request has been approved and KYC verification is complete.

abcdbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard — may apply their own transaction charges. abcdbet is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers, and such fees will not be reimbursed.

Any funds deposited into your abcdbet account must come from a payment source that is legally owned by you and registered in your name. abcdbet does not accept payments from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abcdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All bonuses at abcdbet are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for any given bonus specifies the total amount you must wager — using bonus funds, real-money funds, or a combination as specified per offer — before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each offer page and in bonus confirmation communications. It is your responsibility to read and understand the wagering terms before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first in all gameplay sessions unless specified otherwise for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed against deposits without first satisfying the stated wagering requirement.
• abcdbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be retroactively removed, but unclaimed offers may expire without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse.
• abcdbet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it suspects that a player has manipulated gameplay, exploited a technical error, or violated these Terms to gain an unfair bonus advantage.
• Certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example, live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Winnings derived from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the free spin promotion terms. Maximum bonus win caps may apply — for instance, a free spin promotion may cap maximum winnings at ৳5,000 regardless of the spin outcome. These caps are always stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on abcdbet are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event as published on the platform. In the event of ambiguity, abcdbet's decision on the outcome of any bet or game round is final and binding, provided it is made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable rules.

For sports betting — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other markets — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only when a market is open. abcdbet reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during in-play events, at its sole discretion.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the sport-specific rules published on the relevant market page. In most cases, unplayed bets are voided and the stake is returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet. Bets exceeding the stated maximum will be rejected or limited to the maximum permitted stake.
• abcdbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

For casino games — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slots, and virtual games — all outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by genuine live dealer activity. abcdbet has no influence over individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for results determined by provider RNG systems.

Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each game. Players must comply with these limits at all times. abcdbet reserves the right to limit or close the account of any player suspected of exploiting game mechanics, engaging in arbitrage betting strategies, or using automated betting systems (bots, scripts, or external software).

7 User Obligations

As a registered player on abcdbet, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the rules and policies published on the abcdbet platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

abcdbet reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these obligations. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted pending resolution. abcdbet will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the player in writing.

You acknowledge that abcdbet's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While abcdbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and stability — particularly during major cricket events such as BPL and ICC T20 World Cup matches — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. abcdbet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network failures, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

abcdbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player is under the age of 18; (d) the player is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that was not declared at registration; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a compliance or risk concern.

In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, abcdbet reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and — in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering — freeze or recover deposited funds pending investigation. Real-money balances that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their abcdbet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, any wagering requirements must be resolved, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure if wagering requirements have not been met.

abcdbet retains the right to reactivate a suspended account once an investigation is resolved in the player's favour. In such cases, the player will be notified by email and any unjustifiably withheld funds will be restored along with any bets that were pending at the time of suspension, settled at their correct outcome.
